- In-house QC teams inspect each production stage (raw materials → assembly → finishing).
- Final products undergo pre-shipment inspections (PSI) to meet international standards (e.g., EU EN, US ASTM, Australian AS).

- Production lead time: 15-20 days, depending on order quantity and customization level.
- Shipping: We coordinate sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or express delivery (for samples) via trusted logistics partners. EXW, FOB (Guangzhou/Shenzhen), CIF, and DDP terms are all available.

Yes. For bulk orders, we offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. In case of issues, our team will assist with solutions (e.g., replacement parts, technical guidance) to ensure smooth after-sales service for your end customers.

8. How can we get a sample, and what is the cost?
Sample requests are welcome. Standard samples take 7-15 days to produce, with costs ranging from $50-$300 (depending on product complexity). Sample fees are refundable once bulk orders reach an agreed quantity.

We accommodate international payment methods: T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy), L/C at sight, and Western Union for small orders. For long-term partners, flexible terms can be negotiated.We have also set up small currency collection accounts for some small currency countries, such as Naira, Thai Baht, Dirham and other small currencies
